At Barben & Nancy, we take care to prepare and package your jewellery before it begins its journey to you.

Shipping Costs

We currently offer free shipping with Royal Mail.

Handling & Delivery Time

Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package online.

Shipping Address

Please check that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. If you need to make a change after checkout, contact us as soon as possible at supportbarbennancy@gmail.com.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery whenever possible and contact us immediately. If it was delivered while you were away, email supportbarbennancy@gmail.com for further instructions.

Any applicable customs fees are covered by Barben & Nancy.
